Julia is now an Associate Master Photographer

12th October 2011
Julia has received a prestigious qualification from the Master Photographers Association (MPA) after being awarded the level of Associate membership in portrait photography.

The MPA is the leading organisation within the photographic industry and prides itself on the quality of its members. Membership of the Association is only open to full time professional photographers and there are strict entry requirements that all photographers must meet before they can join the Association.

Desi Fontaine FMPA, the current Chairperson of the Judging Panel said, “A professional photographer awarded an Associateship level qualification from The Master Photographers Association, has proved in their submission of images their high level of competence in creativity, lighting control, composition and post production. They will have shown that they are accomplished craftsmen who have developed a strong sense of style and technique.
This newly acquired qualification from an organisation whose qualifications are held in such high regard will give new and existing clients the confidence that they are using the services of a bona fide reliable, professional who has invested much time and passion into their art.”

Receiving an Associate qualification is the second level in a series of three qualifications awarded to photographers by the MPA, with Julia already having being presented with her Licentiate qualification.
